Direct Expedite can commit to pick up within 4 hours of shipment tender in most Major Metro Areas and within 6 hours in most outlying areas when booked between hours of 0700 and 1900 EST Monday Through Friday.
Nights and Weekends may require additional time.

If your shipment is scheduled to deliver beyond the calculated transit time in quote response, it is agreed that the applicable layover fee for each business day beyond transit time displayed will be added to the invoice. The best practice is to select layover fee from add on’s in quoting process

• Origin – Company Name, Address, Contact and Phone number
• Destination - Company Name, Address, Contact and Phone number
• Number of pallets
• Weight of each pallet
• Dims of each pallet
• Non-stackable or stackable (if not specified it will be quoted as non stackable)
• Requested Pickup and Delivery Date and time and Earliest and latest Pickup/Delivery times

We require that our carriers have well maintained fleets. Therefore, if you pay the upcharge for a guaranteed shipment, and the vehicle breaks down, we honor the guarantee.
Other events outside of our control, such as (but not limited to) weather conditions, traffic, road closures, and incorrect or incomplete information and/or documents provided will invalidate the guarantee.
